1. Use of the Platform
Reid Legal OS provides AI-powered tools for legal workflow management.
You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes.
2. No Legal Advice
Reid is a technology platform and does NOT provide legal advice.
All outputs generated by the system must be reviewed by a qualified advocate.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to maintain confidentiality of login credentials, ensure accuracy of uploaded information, and comply with applicable laws and professional obligations.
4. Data & Confidentiality
Users retain ownership of their data.
Reid will take reasonable measures to protect confidentiality but is not liable for breaches beyond its control.
5. AI-Generated Content
AI outputs may contain errors, are provided for assistance only, and should not be relied on without professional review.
6. Subscriptions & Payments
Access to certain features requires a paid subscription. Payments are processed via third-party providers. Failure to pay may result in suspension.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms or for illegal or abusive use.
Users may terminate accounts at any time.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Kenyan law, Reid shall not be liable for loss of data, indirect or consequential damages, or reliance on AI-generated outputs.
9. Intellectual Property
Reid retains all rights to the platform, software and branding. Users retain rights to their own uploaded content.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
11. Dispute Resolution
Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation, mediation, and the courts of competent jurisdiction in Kenya.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
